Your natal chart is a map of the skies at the moment you were born. In this 75-minute session, we explore that original imprint together — not as a fixed destiny, but as a living story that continues to unfold. The symbols of your chart invite reflection on your core patterns, gifts, and challenges, and offer new language for experiences you may have carried without words. My approach is experiential: we move between conversation, image, and embodied awareness so the chart becomes something you can feel and engage with, not just understand with the mind.
Astrology is alive, always moving. In a transits and progressions session, we look at how the current sky is interacting with your natal chart and where you may be in a longer developmental cycle. This can be especially helpful during times of change, uncertainty, or initiation. Together we identify thresholds you’re crossing, supports you can lean into, and practices to help navigate the terrain. These sessions often bring clarity and affirmation: a reminder that your unfolding is connected to a larger rhythm.
The triad is a three-session journey designed for deeper integration. We begin with a discovery session that includes ritual and opening into the skies, then move into a two-hour reading, and conclude with a somatic integration session. This may include somatic movement, expressive arts, or simple practices to anchor insights into daily life. The pacing of three sessions allows for spaciousness: time to let the material breathe, revisit, and deepen. Clients often leave feeling not only informed but also resourced — carrying the chart’s wisdom in both body and imagination.
My one-on-one work unfolds in seasonal projects: ten-session journeys with a beginning, middle, and end. The rhythm matters. Just as nature rests and renews, so too does healing.
Mind–Body sessions begin with grounding: breath, gentle movement, orienting to what you’re carrying right now.
Belly–Body is where we meet the messiness: art, writing, movement, and creative practices that allow what is hidden to surface.
Heart–Body is the weaving: insight, integration, and simple practices to carry into your daily life.
Clients often describe these projects as both structured and deeply creative — a container that allows real change to take root.
Cosmic Corpus — Sarah-Luella Baker and Gina James — present an afternoon of experiential astrology combining movement, ritual, and expressive drawing and writing. Following the major astrological events of January–March 2026, this gathering offers a calm container to rest, reflect, and integrate while remaining responsive to the group’s energy. Expect a dynamic, process-oriented experience: activities will be paced to the needs of participants — sometimes slow and restorative, sometimes more animated and interactive. We work in a non-hierarchical, inclusive way: facilitators hold the space while honoring each participant’s pacing and agency. Come as you are to breathe, process, and reconnect with community.
This event is adaptable and responsive; activities can be quiet and restorative or more interactive depending on group energy. If you need accommodations (seating, scent-free space, quiet corner, time to process privately), please let us know when you register. All genders and experience levels welcome; we follow an inclusive, non-hierarchical approach.
A session often begins simply: a pause to notice breath, body, and what has brought you here today. Sometimes we begin with movement or a quiet visualization; sometimes with words. The work follows your rhythm, not a script.
As we move together, we may listen to the wisdom of your body, explore the imagery in your natal chart, or create with writing, drawing, or movement. Sessions can feel grounding and spacious, or alive and messy — often both.
Throughout, I hold a structured container that allows depth to emerge safely. The session is not about fixing you, but about making space for what is already within you to shift, integrate, and take new form.
Clients often say they leave feeling more connected to themselves — clearer, lighter, or simply more present. Healing here is not linear but cyclical, unfolding like the seasons.

My family then moved west: Colorado, then Utah (ancestral lands of the Ute, Diné, Paiute, Goshute, and Shoshone peoples). There, mountain, desert, sage, canyon, and red rock became home. It was in these landscapes I first danced, moved, and felt the pulse of body and land.
Over years, I wove together yoga, 5Rhythms, Authentic Movement, somatic movement therapy, ritual arts, and astrology. My formal training includes a BFA in Modern Dance and an MFA in Choreography. In California I made music, stage works, and taught across communities, while deepening my embodied practice.

In 2007, while pregnant, I moved to Portland, Oregon — on the lands of the Chinook, Multnomah, Kalapuya, Molalla, Kathlamet, Wasco, Cowlitz, Chinook, and Siletz peoples. Here I built roots: relationships with hawthorn, elderberry, eagle, peregrine, coyote — the land teaching me still.
From 2010–2020 I ran a small school in Southeast Portland, integrating art, nature, community, and education. Since 2020, I’ve committed fully to art + healing: workshops, 1:1 sessions, and multidimensional experiences that call the body, spirit, and cosmos into conversation.
Motherhood, land, and time have deepened my edges. This land echoes the woods of my childhood, converses with Utah’s desert, and mirrors the creativity of the Bay Area. I continue to practice listening — to land, to body, to sky — inviting you into that rhythm in our work.

My path has always woven together art, healing, and education. I hold a BFA in Modern Dance and an MFA in Choreography, and am a Registered Somatic Movement Therapist (RSMT) and Tamalpa Life-Art Practitioner.
I have completed extensive training in Evolutionary Astrology, including ongoing professional supervision with Jason Holley and mentorship at the Hermes Hestia Institute. My somatic studies include over 1000 hours in Experiential Anatomy (Body-Mind Centering), Contemporary Alexander Technique, Authentic Movement, and decades of practice in yoga and movement-based arts.
I have also apprenticed in ritual and ancestral healing practices, with teachers such as Shayne Case and Larisa Noonan, and continue ongoing study in mindfulness-based transpersonal counseling at Naropa University.
This range of training allows me to work at the intersections of body, imagination, and cosmos, always in service of creative transformation and wholeness.

To delight in ourselves, to choose from a place of self-love — this is the marrow of the heart.
